CINCINNATI – A 500-pound piece of machinery fell off a passing trailer and hit a woman walking at an intersection in West Price Hill Thursday, police said.
The woman was struck by part of a Bobcat that was not secured on a construction trailer, police said. It happened at Overlook and Zula avenues.
The victim suffered serious, but not life-threatening injuries, according to police.
She is being treated at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
