CINCINNATI — Officers with the Cincinnati Police Department responded to a shooting around 7 p.m. Monday in the 2100 block of Freeman Avenue in the West End.
Once on scene, officers said they found 24-year-old Cornell Neal dead from at least one gunshot wound.
Cincinnati Police's Homicide Unit is currently investigating the scene.
