CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for a "critical missing" woman who was seeing a mental health worker when she fled with her two young children on Wednesday.
Joy Worthy, 39, was last seen in Walnut Hills with her children in a 2004 Chevy hatchback or two-door Hyundai bearing Ohio license plate HIE 6906.
Police say Worthy is a hazard to herself and others and has several traffic warrants for her arrest.
Worthy is described as 5 feet tall, weighing about 180 pounds. Police say she has brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans.
