CINCINNATI — Two teenagers were indicted Monday in the shooting death of another teen in late July, according to police.
The Cincinnati Police Department said 19-year-old Dante Walton and 19-year-old Desean Henderson were indicted Monday by a grand jury in Hamilton County in the shooting death of 19-year-old Caleb Luel.
Police responded to the 700 block of Kings Run Drive around 7:30 p.m. on July 21 for reports of shots fired. When first responders arrived on scene, they found Luel and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Both Walton and Henderson face charges of aggravated murder, murder and having weapons while under disability.
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is holding Walton and Henderson in the Justice Center.
The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is still investigating this incident.
