CINCINNATI — One person is dead after a Sunday morning shooting in Spring Grove Village, according to police.
Police officers responded to the 500 block of Orient Avenue around 4:20 a.m. Sunday after gunshots were heard in the area. When officers arrived, they found 31-year-old Benoit Essex dead at the scene, as well as a wrecked car.
Officers shutdown Orient Avenue Sunday morning to investigate.
