CINCINNATI — Cincinnati police have released the identity of a man found found dead with a gunshot wound to the head in Roselawn Monday morning.
Police said the man is 32-year-old Jawan Johnson.
CPD said they responded to the intersection of Summit Road and Newbedford Ave at approximately 8 a.m. for "a person found unresponsive in a front yard."
Lieutenant Lanter told us police found Johnson with a gunshot wound to the head.
CPD said he was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police have not said what led up to the shooting.
Lanter said it is unknown how long the body had been on the scene.
No other injuries have been reported at this time.
