CINCINNATI — Police on Tuesday requested the public’s help locating Freddie Moore, a 63-year-old Cincinnati man missing for three weeks. According to police, Moore was last spotted Aug. 1 on Old Ludlow Avenue. He stands 5-foot-9 and weighs 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone who sees him should call police at 513-569-8500.
