CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Police are investigating a shooting and abduction that occurred near Fairview Park Tuesday evening.
Cincinnati Police spokesman Lt. Steve Saunders said a gunman shot one person on Ravine and McMillan Streets before carjacking another person around 5 p.m.
The suspect allegedly forced that person to drive to West McMicken Street, where the gunman got out of the vehicle near the park.
The driver then returned to the scene of the shooting because a person they were with was still at the scene, Saunders said.
Police have not released any suspect information or the condition of the shooting victim.
The scene was cleared by 6:30 p.m. as police continued their investigation.
