BUTLER, Ky. -- Pendleton County Emergency Services are looking for 59-year-old Ricky J. Justice, who has been reported as missing.
Justice is about 5 feet 5 inches tall and about 147 pounds with gray hair and beard. He was last seen near Sharp Middle School on U.S. Route 27 wearing blue jeans and a dark blue, short-sleeved shirt.
