CINCINNATI — Police are looking for a driver in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a man on I-75 late Christmas Eve.
Investigators said a man was driving south on I-75 around 11:30 p.m. when their 2002 Ford Explorer became disabled. The driver stopped near the 6.7 mile marker in the second lane.
A good Samaritan stopped two lanes over to ask if he needed assistance. Police said the man in the Ford Explorer got out of their car when an unknown black SUV came between both cars, struck him, then fled the scene.
Police said the driver of the disabled vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have no leads yet on the driver of the black SUV. The investigation is ongoing.
