CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for a runaway child who they said is not in good mental condition.
Damarion Jenkins, 12, was last seen at about 4 p.m. on July 24 near Findlay Street in Over-the-Rhine. He may be riding a bike around the OTR area, police said.
He is 5'6", 120 pounds and black with a medium-brown complexion and a brown eyes and black hair.
Police said Damarion is in good physical condition but his mental health is not. A runaway warrant is on file.
