CINCINNATI – A multi-family home caught fire in Oakley Saturday.
The fire started on the second floor of a home in the 2700 block of Madison Road, near Woodland, at about 5 p.m. Firefighters said they believed it started in a kitchen.
Flames reached as high as 15 feet, firefighters said.

The cold weather and ice complicated the firefighters’ work.
No one was home in the upstairs portion of the house where the fire started, but there was someone home in the separate unit downstairs.
The fire was contained to the upstairs.
Crews were still working at the scene and the exact cause had not immediately been determined.
There were no injuries.
