CINCINNATI — Firefighters rescued a man who became trapped after crashing his pickup in Mill Creek.
Emergency crews responded to the crash at about 10:30 a.m. Monday along Spring Grove Avenue near Crawford Avenue in Northside.
Firefighters used rescue boats to bring the man to safety. The victim was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
According to fire officials on Twitter, “a miscalculation” landed him in Mill Creek.

This is the second crash in this location in a month, according to fire officials. In both incidents, the vehicle ended up in the same area of Mill Creek.
Spring Grove Avenue is open to traffic.
