Update: The ramp has reopened.

CINCINNATI -- A multi-vehicle crash closed the ramp from eastbound Interstate 74 to northbound Interstate 75 Tuesday morning.
Chopper 9 pilot Dan Carroll saw at least nine vehicles piled up on the ramp. Traffic was backed up onto North Bend Road just before 6:45 a.m.
West siders should avoid I-74. Take Harrison through Fairmount or Westwood Northern Boulevard to I-75.
