CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Police have arrested and charged a man in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred in Mount Airy last May.
On the evening of May 28, officers responded to the 4900 block of Hawaiian Terrace for calls about shots fired. When they arrived on scene, they found Martin Haley Jr. shot dead, Lt. Steve Saunders said.
On Tuesday evening, Cincinnati Homicide detectives and District Three officers arrested 22-year-old Alpine Briggs and charged him with Haley's murder.
