CINCINNATI -- A semitractor-trailer struck a guardrail on westbound I-74 around 2 a.m. Wednesday between the Montana Avenue and North Bend Road exits, closing all lanes for hours.
As of 6 a.m., the right lane had reopened, and the truck had been towed away.
No injuries were reported, although leaking diesel fuel did delay the highway's reopening. Hazardous material crews remain on the scene cleaning up the fuel.
