CINCINNATI – Police are searching for an inmate who escaped from River City Correctional Center in Camp Washington.
The inmate’s clothes were found on Bates Avenue, not far from the center, police said.
According to the center's website, it is "a local alternative to prison with the primary purpose of rehabilitation for non-violent, felony offenders." The center can accommodate 220 residents and the maximum stay there is six months.
