CINCINNATI — A child and three other people were hospitalized after a crash on Spring Grove Avenue near the Western Hills Viaduct Monday.
Authorities were attempting to stop a driver in a white SUV and pursued them for several miles, including onto Interstate 75 southbound, police said. The driver got off the highway at the viaduct and was crossing over it before turning around and driving back across on the lower level.
The SUV then hit a pickup truck, police said. The driver of the truck and a passenger were both hospitalized. Authorities said they arrested the SUV driver and also apprehended a passenger.
Spring Grove Update: Chief Potter reports 3 Adults and 1 Child transported to local hospitals. Spring Grove remaining closed between Harrison and Buck for approx 1 hour.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
