CINCINNATI — A fire damaged a Hyde Park restaurant Monday morning, according to officials.

The Cincinnati Fire Department responded to Dancing Roll at 3443 Edwards Rd. Monday around 3:30 a.m. for a fire alarm. When firefighters arrived on scene, they found a fire in the rear kitchen which they extinguished in about 15 minutes.

Officials said the fire didn't spread to any other parts of the restaurant, but it still caused about $30,000 worth of damage.

No one was in the restaurant when the fire started, and no one was injured from it.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, and the Cincinnati Fire Investigation Unit is investigating the incident.
