CINCINNATI -- Cincinnati police are looking for a wheelchair-bound man who hasn't been seen since Tuesday morning.
Harold Shearer, 66, was last seen on Regent Avenue. He's black, 5 feet 5 inches, 188 pounds, with a light brown complexion and a mustache.
Shearer is also in poor health, according to the police department.
Anyone who knows where he is should call 911.
