CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Police have identified a man who was found shot to death inside a car in Avondale Saturday morning.
Police said 18-year-old Serreno Foster was found dead at the scene after someone called police about someone unresponsive in a vehicle on Canyon Drive at around 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Police said when they arrived they discovered Foster had been shot to death.
