CINCINNATI — Foul play is suspected in the disappearance of 3-year-old Nylo Lattimore, according to Cincinnati Police Lt. Steve Saunders.
The child was last seen Dec. 4, according to investigators. Police found the body of his mother, 29-year-old Nyteisha Lattimore, near the Purple People Bridge in the early hours of Dec. 12. Her boyfriend, 20-year-old Desean Brown, is currently being held at the Hamilton County Detention Center, charged with murder in the woman's death.
Saunders said the search for the boy continues near Yeatman's Cove after relatives identified a stroller found at the scene as the one that typically carried Nylo.
"We are still looking for Nylo Lattimore to date, please understand that. But growing concern has risen through our investigation of Desean Brown... growing concern to the point we feel that this event with Nylo may have involved foul play," Saunders said in a video update Tuesday.
Saunders asked anyone with information on the boy's disappearance to call Crimestoppers (513) 352-3040 or the CPD Criminal Investigations Section at (513) 352-3542.
