CINCINNATI -- A man drove a pickup truck into a woman's College Hill apartment Wednesday night after they had gotten into an argument, police said.
Police said Dan Magnuson, 60, drove into a woman’s apartment unit at 1910 Savannah Way at about 10:40 p.m. No one was injured. Crews spent about two hours removing the vehicle.
Magnuson had previously sent threatening text messages to the woman, according to a police report. He called her and told her he was "coming through her wall" seconds before he crashed into her bedroom, the report said.
Magnuson stands charged with felonious assault and menacing by stalking. He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
