CINCINNATI -- The City of Cincinnati is suspending all trash and recycling pickups on Wednesday due to extreme cold.
“Exposure to the forecasted extreme cold temperatures and dangerous wind chills is considered unsafe and the City of Cincinnati is taking this precautionary measure to protect its employees,” a city official said in a news release.
All collections will be delayed by one day for the rest of the week. Wednesday’s collections will be picked up on Thursday, and Thursday’s collections will be picked up on Friday.
