CINCINNATI – With snowstorms hitting much of the Midwest Saturday, some Greater Cincinnati residents were also bracing for the cold.
City officials said they weren’t expecting a big storm Saturday, but the city was still preparing for the winter months ahead. Cincinnati has about 28,000 tons of salt on hand, and a contract to purchase as much as 40,000 tons if needed.
