CINCINNATI -- A man the Cincinnati Police Department said was critical missing has been found safe.
Randall Klinker, 86, was last seen Wednesday at 10 a.m. when he left the Mount Washington neighborhood to get his oil changed, according to police.
Klinker was found uninjured in the 2600 block of Victory Parkway.
