CINCINNATI — The pandemic has slowed down a lot of Fourth of July celebrations, but Coney Island will be open so that people can celebrate the holiday safely.

Coney Island reopened in June with some restrictions in place in order to maintain customer and staff safety. Some of those restrictions including not opening the Splashground, Storybook Paddleboats and a few other attractions. On Friday, though, those attractions will finally reopen to the public.

Management at Coney Island said everything at the park is being cleaned after each use, and all employees are required to wear masks while on duty.

The park is still operating under limited capacity rules due to the pandemic, and customers still have to order their tickets online before they go to the park. Each ticket only works for a specific day.
