CINCINNATI -- A car that had been transporting a shooting victim to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center crashed into an ambulance Monday afternoon, according to District 4 police officers.
The collision happened just outside the emergency room entrance to the hospital.
The victim, a man in his 30s, had been shot in the torso multiple times and was hospitalized in critical condition.
