CINCINNATI -- One man was shot to death Tuesday afternoon in Avondale and another was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, according to Cincinnati police.
Both victims were shot on Hale Avenue around 5:20. A news release later identified the dead man as 30-year-old Kenneth Schroeder.
According to Lt. Steve Saunders, two suspects were spotted fleeing the scene.
