CINCINNATI — Barry Ellery, 40, was arrested Monday in connection with the Sunday night shooting death of 27-year-old Damarcus Payton near the University of Cincinnati.
Payton was shot and killed August 9 near the Waffle House on McMillan Street, just off UC's campus, in an incident that also injured two other people.
The other two people injured in the shooting are expected to survive.
