ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- A police chase that began in Northern Kentucky ended at about 5:30 a.m. Monday on Watchview Court off Four Mile Road as emergency squads pulled a suspect off a cliff behind homes on the cul-de-sac.
