WILLIAMSTOWN, Ky. — Kentucky State Police arrested a Grant County man Tuesday morning accused of rape and "engaging in inappropriate physical contact" with two minors on multiple occasions.
According to their initial investigation, police allege that 60-year-old Terry Jackson of Williamstown "participated in sexual misconduct" with two girls.
Jackson stands charged with one count of first degree rape, sodomy, possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor, unlawful transaction with a minor (illegal substance) and custodial interference.
He is currently being held on a $100,000 cash bond in the Grant County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police Post 6 in Dry Ridge are continuing their investigation.
