If you are a Facebook user, you can now subscribe to WCPO breaking news alerts via Facebook Messenger.
How it works
These alerts look very similar to the push alerts you see on your phone, but they're sent through Facebook's messaging app. Here are some examples of what they look like:

You can subscribe to these Facebook Messenger breaking news alerts by going here and signing up.
Once you're signed up, you're good to go. If you ever want to stop receiving these alerts, all you have to do is type the word "STOP" in the FB messenger window.
