BATAVIA, Ohio — Clermont County Commissioner David Painter and nine other staff members working in the County Administrative Building in Batavia have tested positive for COVID-19, according to the Clermont Sun.
Painter confirmed the news via email on Jan. 25.
He said he’s been working from home since the morning of Jan. 15, explaining that he began feeling symptoms late in the evening on Jan. 14.
Painter said he believes that he was exposed to the virus at work.
