WEST CHESTER, Ohio -- A salon owner got a bit of an unwelcome makeover Tuesday when a car plowed into his business.
The crash happed at Salon 747 in the 8300 block of Princeton Glendale Road. Fortunately, no one was inside the business at the time.
Police said the driver was heading down the road when they crossed two lanes, jumped a curb and crashed into the salon leaving a large hole.
“I saw it I was like, ‘Woah!’ I don't know. I didn't know what to think. I thought somebody would have been out of their mind or something. I thought it was insane really,” owner Anthony Sweeten said.
The driver wasn’t hurt in the crash. Sweeten said he doesn’t have a damage estimate yet.
For now, Sweeten will continue to run his shop out of a nearby beauty supply store.
Repair crews should have the hold patched in a few hours.
