HAMILTON, Ohio -- The teenager charged with six felonies for yesterday's shooting at Madison High School in Middletown is in court Tuesday morning.
14-year-old James Austin Hancock is appearing at 8:30 a.m. in Butler County Juvenile Court. Hancock was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault, inducing panic and making terrorist threats, Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones said.
