MADISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — Two people were killed, and one person was taken to the hospital, after a two-vehicle crash in Butler County on Sunday, according to officials.
The Butler County Sheriff's Office said the crash happened near the intersection of Middletown Eaton and Elk Creek roads Sunday.
When deputies and first responders arrived on scene, two people in one vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. First responders transported another passenger of the same vehicle to the Miami Valley Hospital.
According to police, the driver of the other vehicle involved had minor injuries and refused treatment.
The Butler County Sheriff's Office is still investigating this crash.
