PORTSMOUTH, Ohio — An inmate who escapedfrom the Brown County Jail Tuesday was captured Wednesday evening.
Hobert Roark, 40, was arrested without incident at the Goodwill store in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Roark was being held on several charges, including burglary, grand theft, receiving stolen property, failure to comply with a police officer and possession of firearms under disability.
Roark will now face an escape charge, officials said.
