HAMERSVILLE, Ohio — A school bus carrying children crashed and overturned on a rural Brown County road Monday afternoon.

Officers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the scene on Sodom Road around 4:30 and discovered the bus on its side. According to 911 callers, the children on board were able to climb out safely after the wreck.
Brown County officials said no one was badly injured. They plan to investigate the crash as a single-vehicle incident.
