VERONA, Ky. – A neighbor found a man face down in a creek with an ATV on top of him Thursday night, the Boone County Sheriff’s Office reported Friday.
Nicolas Morales, 50, of Walton, was apparently killed in an ATV accident on a farm on Miller Owens Road, the sheriff’s office said. Morales reportedly helped take care of the property, according to the sheriff’s office.
According to initial indications, Morales crossed the creek and started up a steep embankment when the vehicle rolled over on him, the sheriff’s office said.
