HEBRON, Ky. -- A social studies teacher at Conner High School was arrested Thursday on charges of first-degree sexual abuse of a student, according to a news release from Boone County authorities.
Maj. Tom Scheben wrote in the release that 37-year-old Clinton Bell had sexted with a 15-year-old student and touched that student inappropriately during the spring semester.
Bell turned himself in when he learned detectives had obtained a warrant for his arrest, Scheben wrote.
