FLORENCE, Ky. -- A man is accused of stealing truck batteries from an auto repair shop, according to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said 49-year-old Harold A. Deck, of Bromley, confessed to stealing 33 truck batteries over the course of three days from George’s Truck and Car Repair.
Deck stands charged with theft by unlawful taking -- contents from a vehicle. Deck was also charged with a probation violation from a 2015 case.
