CINCINNATI — A 20-year-old man has been charged with murder after a fatal shooting at the Villages at Roll Hill Friday afternoon.
Cincinnati police arrested Xavier Smith on Wednesday in connection to the murder of 19-year-old Mycole Smith. It is unclear at this time if the two are related.
Police said officers responded to the 2300 block of Williamsburg Drive for reports of a person shot, locating Mycole Smith outside in the grass behind a building. He was taken to UC Medical Center where he died shortly after arrival.
Xavier Smith's arraignment is scheduled for Thursday at 9 a.m.
