CINCINNATI -- Police say a Cheviot woman took an elderly couple's credit card information while she was employed cleaning their home.
Amanda Lay, 31, was arrested Saturday and charged with misuse of a credit card, theft and forgery. Police say Lay purchased "approximately $2,888 over a month's time" on Claire Geiss' credit card; Lay used to clean Geiss' home and look after her and her husband, aged 78 and 91.
Lay is scheduled to appear in court on Monday morning.
