MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Three women and a man broke into a senior citizen's home, tied him up with the cord of his oxygen tank and robbed him last month, according to an indictment handed down Wednesday.
Kimberly Moland, 45, Stephanie Inabnitt, 26, David Albertson Jr., 23, and Maggie Robinson, 20, are charged with robbery, aggravated burglary and two counts of kidnapping.
They're scheduled to be arraigned March 3. Bond was set at $150,000 each, the Journal-News reported.
David Caldwell said he was asleep Jan. 14 when he heard a knock at the door. When he cracked it open, he said, the attackers forced their way inside.
He told WCPO he knew Moland because she'd come to his often with one of his friends.
"She takes my tube and starts to yank it all the way through there," he said. "I am strangling, alright? I can't breathe."
He also told WCPO one of the women beat him over the head with a fake gun. The others took his television, prescription drugs and several cans of Pepsi, he said.
Caldwell's home health nurse told Middletown police he found the victim about an hour and a half after the attack, sitting on his bed.
All four suspects remained at the Butler County Jail on Wednesday.
Caldwell said he forgives the people who attacked him, but wants a sincere apology after they serve their time.
“Look me in the face and say, 'Hey David, we had no reason or right to do what we did to you,'" he said.
