CINCINNATI – A 32-year-old Price Hill man sent sexually explicit photos to an investigator posing as a 12-year-old girl and propositioned for sex before being arrested Thursday, officials say.
Kevin Winterman was under investigation at the time for chatting online with juveniles, according to a news release from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and Cincinnati police.
Winterman is charged with importuning and two counts of disseminating information harmful to a juvenile. A judge set bond at $18,000 Friday -- $6,000 for every charge he's facing.
