FRANKLIN, Ohio — Franklin police are investigating the death of a man who was found this morning, the Journal-News reports.
Police responded to a man lying near the bike path in the 400 block of South River Street at 6:30 a.m. today, according to Franklin Chief Russ Whitman.
He said an initial investigation has started and all crime scenes such as these are investigated as a possible homicide until the coroner makes an official ruling.
