Police looking for suspect who robbed, punched man in face

CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Police are looking for a robbery suspect after he allegedly punched a man repeatedly in the face and stole the victim's belongings, according to a press release.

The alleged attack and robbery occurred Tuesday afternoon at 3:15 p.m. in the Central Business District near Plum Street.

Police said the victim was sitting on a bench at a bus stop, when the suspect sat down net to him and suddenly began to punch him in the face.

The suspect stole cash and other property before fleeing on foot, according to police.

The victim suffered minor injuries from the assault.

Police said the suspect is a black male aged 23-30 years old, 5 foot 11 inches tall, around 150 pounds, wearing a white shirt.
