BLUE ASH, Ohio -- Police have arrested a man on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated after they say he hit multiple cars in Sycamore Township around 4 a.m. Friday.
Police say the man continued driving after the incidents and finally crashed on Plainfield Road at Ronald Reagan Highway near a Target store, where the car caught fire.
No injuries were reported, and northbound lanes of Plainfield Road were shut down due to ice on the road from extinguishing the flames.
