CINCINNATI -- The Cincinnati Police Department's homicide unit arrested 19-year-old Damarcus Lattimore on Wednesday, charging him with aggravated murder for the shooting death of a man in North Avondale in December.
Police said 35-year-old Jammal Miller was shot at about 4:40 p.m. on Dec. 11 in the 800 block of Glenwood Ave. Officers reported to the scene for reports of a person shot, but didn't find Miller there. He had somehow gotten himself to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died from his injuries on Dec. 14.
Police said their investigation is ongoing. Lattimore also faces unrelated charges of aggravated robbery, disorderly conduct, driving without a license and driving under suspension, according to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
